"God has given us two hands, one to receive with and the other to give with."

With this thought in mind the students of class 8 went on a social outreach programme to Our Lady's Home, a boy’s orphanage on the 15th of December. Our Lady’s Home is an orphanage that cares for the orphaned, poor and destitute boys of all castes and creeds.

The main aim of this social outreach was to sensitize students towards the needs of the others and to learn the value of all the gifts we are blessed with. This outreach programme was the special period of time when students of our school got a chance to interact with the boys of std 5^th-7^th standard. A special programme was put up by students of class 8.1 and 8.2 that included songs, a skit and dances.

The visit to Our Lady's Home gifted us memorable moments and helped us sow the seeds of great values. These moments will make a remarkable impact on building our characters in future.
