Student of Class 6 did a beach clean-up as their Social service activity at Girgaum Chowpatty from 8 am to 9:30 am on 17/2/2024. Students were asked to assemble at a point opposite Cafe Ideal on the beach.

Instructions were given by the teachers & the students were divided into groups of 10, who then picked up the waste items strewn along the beach & collected them in several bags.

Students were provided with a pair of gloves as a safety gear by All4One and Seafins who also talked about the importance of clean oceans & impact of garbage on marine life. Attendence was taken at the beginning and the end of the activity.
