031 FEAST OF ST. IGNATIUS OF LOYOLA – 31/7/2023
What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his soul
Like every year St. Ignatius' feast was celebrated on 31st July, 2023 with great devotion and love. The Eucharist was celebrated by our manager Fr. Arul John Bosco s.j. and con- celebrated by Fr. Myron s.j. The Eucharist centered round the theme of the year which is also one of the Universal Apostolic Preferences: ‘Journeying with the Young towards a Hope filled future’.
The principal gave an inspiring message through her introductory note. Fr. Arul's homily was also very profound and thought provoking. The choir added a festive feel to the celebration through their soulful singing. After the Eucharistic celebration the students and parents were served refreshments while the other dignitaries and the staff moved to the 3rd floor for a time of fellowship.
We express our gratitude to the staff of all 3 sections of our school who put in their time and effort into making this celebration a meaningful one by contributing in various ways. May St. Ignatius continue to lead us on our journey with the young.
