Primary Section : Healthy Food Day

"Eat Healthy, Stay Fit " day was observed on 12 th September 2022 in the Primary Section.
The students were asked and encouraged to carry healthy food. Students were told about the importance of foods that are healthy to eat. Students were enlightened through some videos, about the importance and advantages of consuming healthy and a balanced diet. This in turn helps improve our overall well-being. Students were encouraged to develop healthy food habits in order to maintain good health. An explanation was given to show how healthy foods provide the body with essential nutrients that help improve our immunity. As our physical health has a direct impact on our mental health.
The students carrying healthy food were appreciated by clicking their pictures. Since “Health is a relationship between you and your body.” So let's eat healthy and keep fit !
