Parents were given information about the school’s preparedness and other instructions for students who have got consent from their parents to join regular school from

6^th, October 2021.

• To carry a hard copy of the official consent letter submitted to school via email.

• Students are not permitted to carry their devices or mobile phones to school.

• Entry for students at 8:30 a.m to 8:45 a.m. in school only if they have their mask on, their school I.D. and proper haircuts.

• The Security personnel will check temperature of students who enter the premises. Students will carry their own sanitizer bottles.

• Besides the books and stationery needed for the day, the students should carry their own snacks, sanitizer bottles, soap, hand towel and water bottle, as no sharing of materials will be permitted in keeping with the Covid protocol.

• Parents are requested to remind their ward to follow all protocol and prepare him to make a safe comeback to regular school.

• If any students show any sign of illness or fever, they should not attend school. If a student is unwell in school the concerned teachers and staff will care for them till the parent arrives.

• Parents are encouraged to be open about any illness and if there is an infection in their home or in the vicinity the student should not attend regular school.

Parents of students of Stds. 9 & 10 were asked to use the raise the hand option to let us know if all parents were willing to send their ward to school for the 1^st Semester Exams. Since a majority of the parents wanted the 1^st Term Exam to be conducted Online, it was decided that all students from stds.5 to 10 would do their exams from home.

Instructions for 1^st Semester Exam October 2021.

• Stds. 5 -8 will do their first semester exam via the Google Form while students of

• Stds.9 and 10 would write their exam on the exam booklet provided by school.

• The paper will be uploaded at the scheduled time and the student should upload his answer sheet when he has finished or at the scheduled time of submission (15 Mins will be given for uploading).

• A parent/ guardian should supervise the student as he writes the paper and sign the paper at the start and when he finishes writing his paper.

• The required exam stationery of the main answer booklet will be given to parents of Stds. 9 and 10 only on 11^th October 2021 from 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. for Std. 9 and from 11: 30 am to 12:30 pm for Std. 10 in the school premises.

Submission of Answer Scripts to school:

a) 22^nd October 2021 submission of graded subjects and papers scheduled on 13^th, 14^th, 18^th, 20^th, 21^st October 2021.

b) 27^th October 2021 papers scheduled on 22^nd, 25^th, 26^th to be submitted.

c) 29^th October 2021 papers scheduled on 27^th, 28^th and 29^th to be submitted.

Timings for answer script submission to school by parents for Std. 9 from 12.00 noon to 12:30 p.m. for Std. 10 from 1.00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for Std. 10 on the ground floor of the school premises.
