Meetings with parents of Stds.5 to 10 were conducted on 21st, 22nd and 23rd June 2023 in the school hall from 8.00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. The meeting began with the Principal welcoming the parents.  On each day the teachers introduced themselves and stated the subjects that they taught. The class teachers addressed the parents about what they expect from the students and parents, about the student’s food and sleeping habits and other general instructions. A special mention of the marking system, the paper pattern, revisions, submissions of assignments on time and maintaining of notebooks by students was made by the teachers. The importance for parents to be participative and more involved in the life of their children was stressed upon. Parents were requested to encourage their children to participate in the Homi-Bhabha exams, Ganit exams, scholarship exams for Stds.5 & 8 and other scholarship exams etc. After this the parents were given an opportunity to raise their concerns and clarify their doubts if any which were duly attended to by the teachers.

At the end general instructions were given by the Vice-Principal and Principal. The Principal stressed upon the School Discipline Policy, getting a proper haircut, punctuality and regularity to school, payment of school fees on time and requested the cooperation of parents when students are chosen for various co-curricular activities practices for which will take place from 1.00 p.m. – 2.00 p.m. in school.
