Today is your birthday and I simply wish for all your success. I just wanted you to know that I consider myself really lucky to have got an opportunity to work for a manager like you. You make even the most tedious job a lovely learning experience. Not always do I understand or see things in the way you see but you amaze me with the presence of mind that you have to tackle any given situation. This made me strong in mind and spirit to brave this pandemic and attend to my duty assigned to me. Not many people have the privilege to work under someone as caring and understanding as you, for which I am very grateful. Thanks a ton!! Your towering presence, is always inspiring, your reassuring words are stress busting and your constant support is highly motivating to each one of us. Thank you for mentoring me, especially during this uncertain time, helping me to take on a responsibility and challenging me to bring out my inner strengths. We really appreciate your valuable guidance as You are a fabulous mentor who understands correctly what we need and when. We are lucky enough to have you dear father as our Manager, and we hope that you will always stay the same for us. Thank you for all the inspiration and encouragement you render to us in your own special way.
