The Annual General Body meeting of St Xavier’s Boys’ Academy was held on 6th July 2023 at 12 noon in the Sologran Auditorium. The Principal welcomed everyone and introduced our  school manager - Fr. Arul John Bosco s.j. to the house. Only 71 parents of 442 students from the Secondary section attended the meeting.

The following points on the Agenda were taken up.

●       Reading and passing of the minutes of the AGM  held in July 2022.

●       Reading of  the Resolution made by the PTA Fee Regulation Committee (Secondary & Primary).

●       Passing of the Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts of 2022 - 2023 and appointment of Mr Abhay Arolkar as Hon. Auditors for 2023 - 2024.

●        Mr Luis Rodrigues was acknowledged for the 16 years of committed service to school and was given a token amount from the PTA.

●       All Office-bearers and PTA Executive Committee members were thanked for their service to the school.

●       The selection process of forming the Committee of  Class Parent and Teacher Representatives for 2023 -2024 as per the guidelines of the Education Department was explained and carried out.

●       Other information about Scholarships and Competitive exams was given by the Principal.

 The meeting ended with a short concluding address made by the School Manager.
