The first meeting of the PTA Executive Committee was convened on 27th July 2026 at 1:30 PM in the Media Room. The session was presided by who commenced with a prayer led by Principal Ms. Monica Rose, followed by introductions of all present members as part of the PTA election campaigning.

The elections of office bearers were conducted, resulting in:

Vice President (Parent) – Mrs. Rupal Kshatriya, elected with 13 votes

Joint Hon. Secretary (Parent) – Mrs. Zeba Chorwadwala, unanimously nominated unopposed.

Joint Hon. Secretary (Teacher) – Ms. Sophia D’mello.

Joint Hon. Secretary (Treasurer) (Teacher) – Mr. Brian Rebello.

The newly elected office bearers pledged to work diligently for the betterment of the institution. The Principal outlined their duties, after which Ms. Sophia D’mello read the minutes of the previous meeting. Queries from parents were then addressed, ensuring constructive dialogue.
