The Jesuit Schools of Maharashtra Personnel Meet was organised by Fr Yohann Alphonso S.J. The theme of the programme was “Transformational Leadership – From Authority to Authenticity”, conducted by Mr Aubrey Nazareth. In the first session four aspects were emphasized namely, adopting a stand of innocence, having a beginner’s mind, positive focus, being vulnerable and creating an inspired learning space, and making a conscious effort of being present in the current situation.
A fun Icebreaker was followed by a session focussed on the importance of acknowledging one another which is the key factor in our position as educators. Emphasis on ‘Self-Care’ was made and suggestions were given, such as silent meditation and breathing exercises with a focus on enhancing a peaceful and positive approach in our outlook.
After a short break of snacks, we continued with the next session on Authority to Authenticity. And we proceeded to create a blueprint of our vision to fulfil our dreams.
Mr. Aubrey accompanied us on this Discovery Process of reaffirming our

• Natural Gifts and Talents – to accomplish what we are here for …
The last session included the drawing of the Leadership Coat of Arms, a symbol and Leadership goals which we would like to implement in the future and a guided conclusive reflection.
The C4 Honours Programme which is currently implemented in St. Mary’s School, ICSE & ISC, was shared. Fr.
