‘Football Fiesta Talent Search 2025’ was held at St. Xavier’s High School Turf on Saturday, 27th September to scout for talent and improve our standard in football at Inter-School Competitions. It began with the salute to the school flag, opening prayer and singing of the School Song. The kickstart to the event was when our Manager, Fr. Dr. Francis Swamy S.J. ceremoniously shot the ball into the goal and declared it open. Mr. Anthony, the coach planned and organized the event and he and his team of coaches were the referees and observers of the matches. The Heads, Teachers and Staff helped with registration, organising and discipline.

Parents came in to support and cheer the students. Teams were formed and as they played, students who showed potential were selected. The teams vied for first, second and third position in the different categories. Energy drinks and biscuits were distributed to everyone sponsored by the management and a generous Ex- Student. Despite the heavy rains, ‘Football’ was the winner.
