A Teachers’ Orientation Programme was conducted on 15th June 2026 in the school hall by Fr. Dr. Conrad Noronha. The session focused on Global Leadership Styles and Conflict Management Styles, highlighting the qualities and responsibilities of effective leaders in today’s dynamic educational environment.
Fr. Dr. Noronha explained various leadership styles and emphasized the importance of adaptability, communication, teamwork, and decision-making in educational leadership. He also discussed different conflict management styles and guided teachers on handling conflicts constructively and professionally within the school setting.
