An online meeting of the PASTOR (Parent and Staff Organization) Executive Committee 2020-2021 was held on 17th June 2021 at 12:30 pm and it was decided that online class-wise meetings would be conducted as an Orientation for parents for the new academic year 2021-2022. The new Executive Committee for the year 2021- 2022 would also be formed by the nomination and picking of chits procedure.

The schedule of the meetings and attendance of parents at the meetings were as follows:

The Pre-Primary and Primary sections also conducted similar meetings as per their schedule

The Principal, Ms Preema Noronha chaired all the meetings of the secondary section and gave parents general instructions and other rules and regulations to be followed for the overall well- being of the students and their academic progress. Ma’am also encouraged new parents to volunteer to join PASTOR Executive Committee.

Mr Savio D’mello, the Vice- Principal, class teachers and subject teachers gave instructions about submission of assignments, being participative, marks allotted, exams and how various graded subjects would be handled and other aspects of online learning.

Parents were given an opportunity to ask queries which were answered by the concerned teachers. Some parents also gave positive feedback about the online teaching and showed their gratitude to the management and staff.

The Manager Fr. Blaise D’souza s.j. also spoke to parents saying that there would not be an increase of fees which was due because of the difficulties faced during the Pandemic and reminded them that fees had to be paid on time so that parents would not feel burdened when outstanding amounts had to be paid.
