St Xavier’s Boys' Academy gave us an opportunity to attend the THEATRE WORKSHOP by Mr. Sujay Malik and Ms. Nandita Rani of Ekansh Kalakshetra on 4th February 2025. The Workshop taught the Students a lot of skills to chase their dreams in whichever field they would enter into in the future.

 The workshop began with the introduction of the Speakers, Teachers and Students followed by meditation and various kinds of exercises such as Listening, Speaking, Training our Throats for dialogue delivery, etc. They taught us some exercises through some fun games in order to become more attentive. The session ended with the performance of five small skits in groups followed by the Vote of Thanks.

 The important message everyone learnt was to portray the character by getting out of one’s own reservation and to respect the other person by listening and observing on what the other person has to portray and deliver on stage.
