SOCIAL OUTREACH PROGRAMME 23rd November to 26th November
The Social Service Camp is a very important and unique opportunity provided to our students of Std.9 and 10 by the school. Our students get a hands on experience about human life skills, values of gratitude, love for parents, appreciating the comforts provided to them by parents, etc. are ingrained alongwith a rural life exposure. Many of our ex-students have shared their wonderful experiences of this camp in the past years that has helped in their all-round growth and development. This twining camp experience at the Prabodhan school Ambatha in Surgana –Taluka, District- Nasik a remote village school run by the Jesuits and students of our school is more eagerly awaited for by the students of Prabodhan Vidyalaya to experience the city life of Mumbai. For most of the Prabodhan students it is their very first visit and sometimes the only visit to Mumbai where they are excited to see places of interest and education like the Nehru Science Centre, Nehru Planetarium, St.Catherine’s Home, etc.
After a gap of two years we are once again looking forward to providing the same rural camp experience to our students and hence we request the cooperation of all our parents, students and staff members to make the social service camp a life changing moment for all.
