The parent class orientation was conducted on 23rd June 2025 at 2:00pm in Sologran Hall. It was an informative and well-structured meeting. It provided a clear understanding of the course expectations, classroom rules, and the overall plan for the academic year. The session began with a warm welcome, followed by a prayer, introduction of the teacher and an overview of the subjects to be taught.
The syllabus was explained in detail, including the topics that will be covered, methods of assessment, and the grading pattern. Parents were also informed about the importance of punctuality, regular attendance, and active participation in both academics and co-curricular activities.
The session helped parents become familiar with the classroom environment and encouraged open communication between teachers and parents. The teacher shared expectations related to student behavior, discipline, and mutual respect, which are essential for a positive learning environment.
The use of learning tools, online platforms, and reference materials were also discussed. Parents were guided on how they can support their child’s learning at home and were assured of the help and support available from the school through extra classes if needed.
A Q&A session at the end gave parents an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns, which were addressed patiently and clearly.
Overall, the orientation session created a positive and cooperative atmosphere, laying the foundation for a strong partnership between the school and the parents for the benefit of the students.
