044 Onam Celebrations

On Monday, 30th September 2024, an environment depicting Onam, A Kerala festival was set in the Solagram Hall at SXBA. A well-organized team came together for an impressive backdrop under the supervision of Mrs. Dharmishta Solanki with colorful motifs and related cutouts that depicted and self-explained the festival. A beautiful invitation card was given to all our Heads and the Festival in charge. The hall entrance subtly decorated with the garlands. In the foyer, an artistic geometrical flower rangoli was prepared by a team led by Mrs. Sneha Nakhare which caught the attention of every visitor. The blackboard with regional trees was decorated by Mrs. Zeba, who wished the attendees a “HAPPY ONAM”.

 In this event, the school management, the staff, the PTA, the parents and the children participated enthusiastically, and many staff members and PTA were spotted donning traditional attire. Due to timing constraints of the varied standard students, the festivity was celebrated section-wise, Firstly, The Pre-Primary section enjoyed the program. Then the Secondary section saw it and it was followed by the program shown to the Primary section. Each program was the mirror image of the earlier one, albeit with an increased fervor each time.
