On 21^st December 2022 The Maharashtra State Bharat Scouts and Guides had organised a meeting for South Mumbai schools who have opted to teach Scouts in school. The meeting began with a Scout prayer song. Then Mrs.Kishori Shilkar gave the introduction about scouts. Mr.Prashant Gaikwad explained the need for scout movements in school. Later they discussed about the 18^th Jamboree National Scout Mela to be held in Rajasthan. This meeting was conducted to inform schools regarding fund raising for this Jamboree Mela. Mr.Devidas Mahajan – Educ. Inspector of South Mumbai (AB Ward) insisted to have more units involved and to collect funds for this mela. The meeting ended with the National song and a group photograph.
