St. Xavier’s Boys’ Academy continued with Online classes this Academic year too. We have been working in close quarters with our co-teachers as we have taken classes jointly. This year, group meetings were held subject-wise and the following points were recommended for discussion:

· Highlight strengths and effective teaching techniques

· Discuss challenges and faulty or ineffective teaching techniques

· Encourage sharing of resources

· Discuss content and give it appropriate standard wise structure especially in language skills, grammar and Mathematics.

The purpose of this is to create a stronger support system among us and enhance learning in the classroom.
