The Staff Orientation Programme was organised for the teaching and non-teaching staff of St. Xavier’s Boys’ Academy on 12th June 2024 from 9am to 12:30 pm in the Solagran Auditorium.

Mr. Savio D'Mello, our former Vice- Principal was the resource person and animator for the session. The interactive and introspective activities, inputs and anecdotes were designed to enhance the effectiveness of the staff as they face the new academic year and the challenges it holds for them, with a focus on our theme ‘ Learning to lead and Build Bridges.’ The session ended with a vote of thanks and a token of appreciation.
