PTA Meeting 5th July 2019

The first PTA meeting for the Academic Year 2019-20 was conducted on 5th July 2019 at 12.00 noon in the Media Room. Most of the members with the exception of a few who were unable to come because of ill health were present for this meeting.

The office bearers were elected for the post of Vice President – Mrs. Sarika Singh, Joint Hon. Secretary – Mr. Aslam Khan, Joint Hon-Treasurer – Mrs. Dharti Shinde.

The newly elected office bearers made their acceptance speeches before the house and sought help and greater participation of the parents in all the PTA activities planned for 2019-20.

The Joint Hon.Secretary- Mrs.Monica Rose and Joint Hon.Treasurer-Mr.Reynold D’Cruz were re-elected and both agreed to continue working at their post for the academic year 2019-20.

The meeting ended at 1.45 p.m. with a vote of thanks to the chair.
