The 1st meeting of the executive committee meeting was held on 23rd July, 2025 in the Media room at 12.00 noon. The meeting began with a prayer by Mr. Larry Pereira after which the Principal Ms. Monica Rose welcomed everyone.

The elections of the Office bearers were held. Our elected parent representative Mr. Aslam Khan and Mr. Ashish Dandekar were nominated for the posts of Vice President and Jt. Hon. Secretary and they were unopposed therefore they were unanimously elected for these respective posts. Ms Sophia D’mello (Teacher) elected unopposed for the post of Jt. Hon. Secretaries and  Ms. Macrina Mascarenhas  (Teacher)  elected unopposed for the post of Jt. Hon. Secretary The newly elected office bearers accepted their responsibilities for the New Academic year (2025-2026) and pledged to work diligently for the betterment of all.The Principal/President outlined  on the duties that the newly elected members would undertake .The  minutes of the previous meeting were read by Ms.Sophia D’mello. Then the queries of parents were taken up. 

Ms. Monica Rose the Principal / President thanked the Executive office bearers and members of the PTA and she urged everyone to work collaboratively and strive for excellence contributing to the growth and betterment of our institution.
