St. Xavier’s Boys’ Academy organized a Career Guidance Talk on 17th July for parents and students. The session was conducted by Ms. Shailaja Mulay, a Veteran Educationist and Career Counselor with over two decades of experience in the field of education.
The objective of the program was to help students Discover. Plan. Prepare. Succeed. in their academic and career journey.
Session Details:
For Parents and students of std. 9th and 10th: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Ms. Mulay addressed on the importance of understanding and guiding students career path. She spoke to parents about supporting academic choices, managing board exam stress, and the role of parents in helping children make informed decisions for the future.
This session also focused on exploring various vocational choices, academic planning, and developing effective strategies for board exam preparation. Ms. Mulay encouraged students to identify their strengths and plan smart to achieve their goals.
With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Shailaja Mulay is a specialist in vocational counseling, academics, and board exam preparation. Her interactive and insightful session was well-received by both parents and students.
