International Yoga Day was celebrated on 20th June to enhance peace, harmony, happiness and success for all. We began the day with Anapana Meditation and a prayer, followed by singing the state song and the national anthem.
Students from classes 5 to 10 learn more about yoga and its importance in life during their P.H.H and games periods. The techniques we learn can help to maintain balance in our stressful lives.
